Tio, a hound tri boy with beautiful coat and fringe, is owned by Susan Simmons and Laura Gabbard of Couture Papillons. He won his class this year at the Papillon Club of America National Specialty, and he is pointed. We look forward to Tio’s return home in his quest for majors as there is a shortage in his home state of Virginia.
